FlashPay is an online platform designed exclusively to provide educational and demonstration tools. All features, interfaces, receipt generators, transaction simulators, and any other utilities made available through FlashPay are provided solely for the purpose of learning, research, testing, and understanding how digital payment interfaces, tracking systems, and financial technology products work.

FlashPay does not process real financial transactions, hold real funds, transfer real money, or provide any form of regulated financial service. We are not a bank, payment processor, money services business, or financial institution of any kind. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to engage in any real-world financial activity.

The tools provided — including but not limited to receipt generators, deposit simulators, balance displays, and transaction histories — are purely mock or demonstration representations of real financial interfaces. They are intended to help users understand visual layouts, interface design, and the appearance of various financial platforms for legitimate educational and research purposes only.

Any resemblance these tools may have to real financial platforms, payment processors, or money transfer services is for educational context only. Users acknowledge that using these tools in any context beyond lawful, legitimate educational or testing purposes is a violation of these Terms and may constitute a violation of applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

FlashPay grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use this platform strictly in accordance with these Terms. Your use of FlashPay must at all times comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

You agree to use the platform only in a manner that is lawful, ethical, and consistent with its stated educational purpose. You take full and sole responsibility for every action you perform using any tool, feature, or content generated through FlashPay. FlashPay bears no responsibility, legal or otherwise, for any downstream use you make of content generated or accessed through this platform.

You are strictly prohibited from using FlashPay to:

• Create, distribute, or submit fraudulent, forged, or misleading financial documents, receipts, proofs of payment, or transaction records to any third party, institution, marketplace, or individual.
• Impersonate or misrepresent a real financial transaction, deposit, withdrawal, or balance to deceive any person or organisation.
• Use any generated content in connection with fraud, theft, extortion, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
• Present any content generated by FlashPay as evidence of a real financial transaction in any legal, commercial, or personal dispute.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any other user's account, the platform's backend systems, databases, or any connected infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, redistribute, or exploit any portion of the platform or its tools for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from FlashPay.
• Harass, threaten, intimidate, or harm any other user of the platform or any third party.
• Upload, transmit, or store any content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security feature, access control, or restriction of the platform.
• Use the platform to generate spam, automated queries, or perform denial-of-service attacks of any kind.

FlashPay reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to investigate any suspected violations of this policy, cooperate with law enforcement authorities, and take any action it deems appropriate — including immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

FlashPay provides tools that may generate visual representations of financial transactions. These tools exist exclusively for educational and demonstration use. Under absolutely no circumstances is any user permitted to submit, upload, or present any output of these tools as a genuine proof of deposit, payment confirmation, or transaction evidence — either within the FlashPay platform or to any external party.

FlashPay employs automated detection systems and manual review processes to identify the submission of fake, forged, or manipulated deposit proofs. If our systems detect or our team confirms that a user has submitted fraudulent deposit evidence, the following actions will be taken immediately and without prior warning:

• The account in question will be permanently suspended and banned from the FlashPay platform, with no possibility of reinstatement or appeal.
• All balances, packages, and any pending transactions associated with the banned account will be forfeited permanently.
• A detailed report of the fraudulent activity, including IP address, device fingerprint, account information, and activity logs, may be submitted to relevant law enforcement authorities.
• If applicable, FlashPay may cooperate with financial institutions, payment processors, or other affected parties to assist in any investigation or recovery efforts.
• Any associated accounts linked to the same device, IP address, email address, phone number, or payment method may also be reviewed and may be suspended at FlashPay's discretion.

Users should be aware that submitting false financial documents may constitute a criminal offence under the laws of their jurisdiction, including but not limited to fraud, forgery, obtaining a financial advantage by deception, and related offences. FlashPay will not shield users from the legal consequences of their actions.

If you believe your account has been incorrectly flagged or suspended, you may contact our support team at support@flashpay.app within 7 days of suspension. FlashPay's decision following review shall be final.

FlashPay provides all tools, features, and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied. FlashPay makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability, or availability of the platform or any content, tools, or features available through it.

FlashPay is not responsible for, and expressly disclaims all liability in connection with, how users choose to use the tools, features, or content provided by this platform. Users bear sole and complete responsibility for all actions they take using this platform, and for any consequences — civil, criminal, financial, or otherwise — that arise from those actions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FlashPay, its founders, employees, agents, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any loss or damage resulting from the use of tools or generated content in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.
• Any legal proceedings, investigations, penalties, or sanctions brought against you as a result of your use of the platform.
• Any third-party claims arising from content you generate, share, or submit using FlashPay tools.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
• Any interruption or cessation of the platform, whether temporary or permanent.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liability, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms shall affect any non-waivable statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

Your privacy is one of our highest priorities at FlashPay. We are committed to ensuring that any personal information you provide is handled with the utmost care, discretion, and security. We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal data with any third party for commercial or advertising purposes.

All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is protected using industry-standard end-to-end encryption (TLS/SSL). Passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing and are never stored or transmitted in plaintext. Session tokens are securely managed and automatically expire after a period of inactivity.

FlashPay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion. Reasons for termination include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, submission of fraudulent content, suspected illegal activity, harassment of other users, or any conduct that FlashPay deems harmful to the platform, its users, or its reputation.

Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use FlashPay immediately ceases. Any data, content, or generated materials associated with your account may be deleted at our discretion. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall do so.

You may request the deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at support@flashpay.app. We will process such requests within a reasonable time frame, subject to our data retention obligations.

FlashPay reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We may also provide additional notice via email or an in-app notification for material changes. Your continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using FlashPay immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of FlashPay that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration. Both parties waive their right to a jury trial to the maximum extent permitted by law.
